Sometimes it not taking action that can really cost you that extra money  Inaction reinforces our comfort zone and the invisible drain of revenue is on the surface, painless because you simply don't know it's happening. Procrastination can also continue  if you have to spend even a minimal amount to investigate a proactive action.
We were somewhat aware of what Dwell Green of Dallas did but certainly not to the extent that we found out later. He did a great job.  It started with just a simple phone call to Roger Taylor and the resulting process was simple and streamlined.  Roger asked us a few background questions and proceeded to do his homework on how to best approach an energy audit for our home. We selected the best time to meet and he showed up when he said he would.  The whole process was done with care and thoroughness  No corners were cut and the analysis showed countless energy potential saving actions.  All his recommendations were presented in a report.  I don't know how our report was as compared to others, but the money saving opportunities were substantial.  Even had the report shown no energy saving potential, it would still be worth the price to find out.
In summery, the very small amount for his services is one of the best values out there today.  It gave us a plan of action for a safer and more comfortable home along with substantial energy cost savings. Obviously we are happy with the testing and the report Roger gave us.  It was educational  and informative.  We would obviously recommend Dwell Green to anyone.
